How long do your soaps last?

The lifespan of our soaps depends on how often they are used and how they are stored. On average, one soap bar can last for 3-4 weeks with daily use. 

What ingredients do you use in your products?

We use all-natural ingredients including essential oils, herbs, plant- based oils such as olive oil, coconut oil, and shea butter. Plant-based sulffants such as decyl glucoside for shampoo products. Our products are free from synthetic fragrance, dyes and harmful chemicals. 

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes, our products are formulated to be gentle and are suitable for most skin types, including sensitive skin. However, if you have specific allergies or skin conditions, please check the ingredients list or consult with us before purchasing. 

Are your products free from parabens and sulfates?

Yes, all our products are free from parabens, sulfates, and other harmful chemicals. 

Can your soap be used on the face?

Yes, our soaps are gentle enough to be used on the face. However, we recommend performing a patch test first to ensure there are no adverse reactions.

what is the shelf life of your products?

Our soaps have a shelf life of about to one year when stored properly in a cool, dry place. The scent may fade but soap will still be safe to use. Other products have a shelf life of about 8 months. 

Do you offer seasonal or limited- edition products?

Yes, we offer seasonal and limited-edition products throughout the year. These special products are available for a limited time, so be sure to check our website and social media for announcements.

Do you accept cash or checks?

Currently, we only accept electronic payments through our online store. For in person purchases at event or markets, we may accept cash and checks.

we accept various payment methods, including major credit cards( visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. 

What is your refund policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of recieving your order for a refund or exchange. Refunds will be processed to original payment method used.
